The quickest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. A person reads every message, usually within a few days.
Removing a profile
If you are a performer and would like your profile taken off CamLumen, write to us from an address we can link to your account, or include something that shows the room is yours (for example, a short message in your room's description that mentions CamLumen). Tell us the address of the profile page. We remove it by hand, and we stop listing that username in our directory.
Please note that we only show what is public on the platform where you broadcast. Changing your settings there, such as hiding your room from certain countries, is reflected here at our next check-in.
Copyright and DMCA notices
Images of live rooms appear only while a room is live and are served directly by the platform. If you believe something on CamLumen infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with:
- the work you believe is infringed;
- the exact address of the page on CamLumen;
- your contact details;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Every notice is reviewed by hand and acted on promptly.
Everything else
Corrections, ideas for the Journal, a corner of the board you think is missing: same address. We cannot help with accounts, payments or tokens on the cam platform itself; for those, please contact its support directly.
